September Updates


It's been quite the summer. Below are a few descriptions of the projects we've been working on:

229 W 43rd Street, Manhattan - Completed bid for millwork installation for new executive office and suites.

13 Wolcott Street, Brooklyn - Completed project analysis including zoning and code compliance, scope of work, preliminary schedule and pricing for multi-family project in Red Hook, Brooklyn. With this information, the owner was able to make an intelligent decision to sell the property.

215 East 3rd Street, Manhattan - Performed construction cost and real estate modeling analysis for apartment deal on Lower East Side.

13 Wolcott Scrap Steel - Brokered a transaction for sale of scrap steel remaining on the project to an area steel yard.

Queens Airport Worker Housing - Assisted in neighborhood acquisitions search, analysis and inspections of various properties for use as temporary worker housing near Laguardia and JFK airports.

134 East 26th Street Hotel, Manhattan - (pictured above) Performed construction analysis and inspection, assisted in financial modeling for the deal.

332 Sheridan, Albany - Consulting project manager. Inspected property, created scope of work and engaged existing contractors in completing the items. Dealt with Albany Department of Buildings to remove stop work order and complete the project.

146 Broad Street, Albany - Assisted owner with contractor negotiations to complete and clean property in anticipation of unit rentals.

354 Onderdonk Ave, Brooklyn - Provided construction analysis for potential buyer.

Brooklyn Neighborhoods Acquisitions Search - Currently assisting Anglestone Realty Acqusitions in sourcing deals for three select Brooklyn neighborhoods (Ft. Greene, Clinton Hill and the western portion of Bed-Stuy)
